Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Associate to join our team. Based in our facility in Aberfoyle, this role is vital in ensuring productive warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment. Join us to contribute to a company renowned for its durability and innovation.

HOURS- Night Shift- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

- Rick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely
- Load and unload shipments efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support shipping and receiving processes
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations'
- Individual is required to perform a variety of shipping functions specifically picking, packaging, loading, unloading of trailers and product put away
- Previous experience on conventional and high deep-reach forklifts is an asset
- Individual must be a self-starter with high attention to detail and possess excellent written skills.
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles
- Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks safely
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and materials handling skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly




- Prior experience with order picking and shipping/receiving is preferred

Core skills may include:

- Current certificate on lift equipment such as reach truck, BT lifter, BT stacker, tow motor.

Potential candidates may be required to demonstrate proficiency in the below areas:

- Pick and Pack
- Counting
- Basic Arithmetic

Supplementary skills may include:

- First aid certification
- Previous job tasks performed at the distribution center

- Do you have a valid forklift license?
- Are you 18 years of age or older?
- Are you comfortable working in a role that requires you standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, or performing repetitive tasks?
- Are you comfortable wearing all types of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as steel-toe boots, helmets, gloves, protective sleeves, hearing protection and safety glasses ?
