We are currently looking to hire a part-time dispatcher with the potential to move into a full-time position in the future. Training will be hybrid-based, with some training completed from home and some in-office. Once fully trained, this position will primarily be work-from-home.

We are looking for someone who:

- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Thinks quickly and can problem-solve under pressure
- Communicates well and works effectively with others
- Can confidently handle phone calls and customer interactions
- Is organized and able to multitask efficiently

Job responsibilities include:

- Dispatching tow trucks and coordinating calls
- Arranging tows and gathering proper vehicle/customer information
- Contacting shops to confirm they are accepting vehicles




- Ensuring drivers have accurate details for each call
- Assisting with double-load planning and vehicle placement

Requirements:

- Must know the difference between AWD and FWD vehicles, as this is important for double loads
- Experience using Towbook
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions under pressure
