This posting is for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist reporting to the Credit Manager with a strong focus on customer account management, collections, credit assessment, and account reconciliation.

Main Responsibilities

- Process and post customer payments accurately
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Record and manage customer payment terms and conditions
- Conduct credit checks for new customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Follow up on overdue invoices and collections
- Respond to customer account inquiries and provide customer service

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken) — mandatory
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Credit analysis and credit decisions

- Data entry experience is an asset
