We are seeking a highly qualified service writer professional to join our service team! Lead the team of technicians and assist with give our customers the best check in experience as possible! A successful candidate should have service writing previous experience and will have knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs and should be familiar with our company's products. The ideal candidate will also be up-to-date on the latest technical developments and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule Service Appointments and check customers in when they arrive.
- Do a walk around with the customer addressing any concerns and questions.
- Schedule and task our service department for upcoming jobs.
- Solve our customers problems and fix the problems they are experiencing.
- Maintain contact with our customers to give them the most transparent seamless transaction as possible. Maintain customers expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
