About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Service Engineer to join our Field Service team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of medical diagnostic imaging systems—including Ultrasound, GE Lunar Bone Densitometers, and Cardiology equipment—for clients across Toronto and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Install medical imaging systems following Top Tier Medical standards and procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and inspections.
- Diagnose, calibrate, and repair imaging and cardiology equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service records and field reports.
- Provide professional, timely customer support to clinical teams.




- Represent Top Tier Medical with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

What You Bring

- 1+ year experience as a Field Service Engineer/Representative with at least two of the following:
- Ultrasound
- GE Lunar Bone Densitometers
- Cardiology diagnostic equipment
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Technology.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and installation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to travel internationally for training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility for overtime or modified hours when necessary.
