Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Burlington, ON, with roles that may also be suitable for candidates commuting from Hamilton, Milton, and Dundas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support production, assembly, packing, labelling, product movement, and quality inspection activities. This role is well suited for candidates who take pride in accuracy, teamwork, safety, and consistent attendance. You can expect a team-oriented plant environment where learning, reliability, and supporting different areas of the operation are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Hand finish, assemble, pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load, unload, move, stack, organize, and palletize products safely throughout the facility.
- Inspect finished goods against drawings, quality specifications,



and production standards.
- Operate motorized and non-motorized pallet lifters when required.
- Support production, assembly line, warehouse, and general labour activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area while following company procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $37,000 to $47,000 per year, depending on role.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Day, afternoon, night, and rotating shifts available.
- Benefits available once hired on permanently.
