Position: Bridal Stylist
Pay: $20.50//hour + 2% commission (average sale is $3500) + Tips. Potential for over $50/h with commission & tips.
Type:
- Multiple positions, 2-3 days per week.
- Must have Saturday and/or Sunday availability
- The schedule is adaptable & based on booked appointments.
- Shift length is 2-8 hours, depending on appointments. There's an opportunity for overtime.
Location: 115 Pinhey St, Ottawa
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service through one-on-one private consultations
- Engage with customers through email and phone
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied with their interaction/resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Always go above and beyond for the customer
- Strong merchandising skills and ability to create and maintain visual displays
- Assist and participate in creating content for social media

- Minimum 2 years experience in a service-based role
