Cochrane Lanes is a busy Bowling Center offering recreation activities as well as restaurant and bar service. We are searching for a part time team member for weekends and evenings. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner that has experience in customer service, works well in a team environment, and is focused on providing excellent service to our valued customers.
This is a part time position that would range from 1 to 4 shifts per week for approximately 7 - 16 hours.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and will be required to obtain a pro-serve certificate.
Duties
- Greeting customers and helping set them up for bowling and sports simulator.
- Kitchen duties
- Till and money handling
- Bar service
- Maintaining a clean setting throughout the building
- Booking groups via phone or email.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Demonstrates communication skills with the ability to engage customers warmly and professionally in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices to ensure respectful and clear communication at all times.
The candidate will have the opportunity to train for a shift manager position.
