Position Overview

As a Shop Assistant, this is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with tools, and learning new skills. Training will be provided. This role reports to the Shop Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow safety and operating procedures
- Complete all tasks according to written and verbal instructions from the supervisor.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Work off-site when required, including on customer vessels.
- Work overtime when needed to meet customer or organizational deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.




- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a positive, “can do” attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work workplace.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work safely in a shop or on a boat.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
