- Valid Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson Certification (Red Seal or Provincial Equivalent)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail
- Team player attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
