Experienced Residential Housekeeper/Cleaner

Location: Airdrie and Cochrane, AB
Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $17–$20 per hour

MOLLY MAID Airdrie/Cochrane is looking for an experienced, dependable and hardworking Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team of cleaning professionals. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Applicants must have at least one year of professional cleaning experience and a valid driver’s licence.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Airdrie, Cochrane and surrounding communities
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support your cleaning partner and contribute to a positive team environment
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently while following the daily route and schedule

Who we are looking for

You may be a great fit if you:

- Have at least one year of professional cleaning experience
- Are dependable, motivated and hardworking

- Have a friendly manner and professional attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Work well as part of a two-person team
- Can work efficiently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Airdrie, Cochrane or the surrounding area

Relevant experience may include residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning or commercial cleaning.
