Harbour City Kitchens is seeking an experienced cabinet installer (subcontractor) to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be installing high-quality custom cabinetry in homes, offices and multi-unit developments throughout Greater Victoria, working alongside a respected local company with a strong reputation for quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities
- Install preassembled kitchen cabinets and countertops
- Accurately fit, level, align and secure cabinetry to exact specifications
- Review plans, drawings and work orders before installation
- Coordinate with the service department to regarding measurements, deficiencies, shortages and site conditions
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and project information
- Ensure a clean,
organized and safe work workplace during and after installation
- Adhere to WorkSafeBC requirements and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous cabinet installation experience
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
- Own professional installation tools
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- WorkSafeBC coverage or ability to obtain coverage
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
