Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. New graduates welcome. We are seeking both reformer and mat qualifications, you do not need both to apply. This role offers an opportunity to inspire individuals at various fitness levels and foster a positive, motivating environment focused on health and well-being.

Duties

- Lead group and private Pilates classes tailored to clients’ skill levels and goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness during exercises
- Develop customized workout plans for clients based on their needs and progress
- Provide guidance, motivation, and feedback to help clients achieve their fitness objectives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate current techniques into classes when appropriate

Requirements





- Proven experience teaching Pilates or similar fitness disciplines
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise safety principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is preferred but not mandatory for all applicants
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed in their fitness journey
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention
