Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences, ensuring high-quality results
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients warmly and attentively from greeting to checkout
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
- Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their needs
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling retail sales efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions,



and product usage to foster trust and satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods by collaborating effectively and maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

- Proven experience or strong interest in hair styling with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty services to ensure a hygienic workplace
- Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
