As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an Events & Guest Experience Coordinator who can help us take our birthday parties, private events, and overall guest experience to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and energized by creating exceptional events. The right person will play an important role in shaping how parties and special bookings are planned, communicated, and delivered at Kidtropolis.





For many parents, planning a birthday party can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make that process smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free from the first inquiry to the final clean-up. This role is about helping families feel supported, while also identifying opportunities to enhance their event through thoughtful planning, add-ons, and solid execution.
