Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Grill Cook to join our team! As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality shawarma and other grilled items according to our recipes and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook shawarma and other grilled items to perfection
* Maintain a clean and organized work station
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed
* Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
* Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus
* Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
