Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook food items efficiently while maintaining high quality, taste, and safety standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes to enhance visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
- Follow proper food safety protocols, including temperature checks and sanitation practices




- Support the team during busy service periods by staying flexible and proactive in meal preparation

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience serving guests or working in a customer-focused setting is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work efficiently under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members

Mon - Friday

5:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
