We are seeking a validated distiller responsible for the implementation and day-to-day operation of our micro distillery.

Responsibilities will include:
-Maintaining and implementing process logs in accordance with AGCO guidelines
-Communicating equipment and material requirements to the brewery manager
-Monitoring and adjusting fermentation parameters for optimal yield and flavour profile
-Distillation of NGS for the production of RTDs and novel projects
-Filtration and dilution of distilled spirits
-Reporting all non-conformances in an appropriate and timely manner
-Maintenance of hygiene and food safety standards
-Engaging with the customer base to increase brand image and exposure

-Champion efforts to grow production and exposure of our business

-Packaging of finished product into bottles, cans, and kegs

The goal of this position is to produce our existing line of RTDs and develop novel products. Candidates should be able to work independently and be capable of providing up-to-date reporting on production and equipment status.



Compliance and safety of all of our staff and operations are of the utmost importance.

Ideal candidates will possess a subset of the following:

-Diploma or degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemical Engineering
-Certification or Degree in Winemaking, Brewing or Distilling
-Experience in alcohol production with favour shown towards those with experience in distilled spirit production
-Exposure to inventory management and workflow scheduling
-A genuine interest in the craft beverage sector
-Willingness to research and tackle new projects
