Job Description

Nu-Trend Industries is hiring a full time Counter Sales & Shipping Assistant for our Regina branch. This role supports both front-counter customer service and warehouse shipping/receiving operations. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who can work well with customers and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Accountabilities

- Ship, receive, and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, and equipment
- Assist customers who purchase material at the branch counter
- Research products for customers and provide recommendations
- Enter, pick, and pack sales orders generated at the counter
- Maintain and clean the counter area, including merchandising displays
- Inform the Purchasing Team when stock levels are low

Experience & Skill Requirements

- High School Diploma
- HVAC or trades experience (preferred but optional)
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and expand product knowledge
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Ability to learn and operate Epicor Prophet 21 (order processing system)
- Forklift experience is an asset (or willingness to learn)
