Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage daily warehouse operations and provide support to our parts department. This role involves handling Shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with parts quotes, orders, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have both hands-on warehouse experience and strong technical/computer skills to manage inventory systems and support internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and materials
- Maintain and update inventory records using computer-based systems
- Assist the parts department with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries
- Communicate with the service and sales teams regarding parts availability and order status
- Ensure accurate labeling, stocking, and organization of all warehouse items




- Operate a forklift and handle material movement safely and efficiently
- Use inventory or ERP software for tracking and reporting stock levels
- Support general warehouse and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or parts coordination
- Solid computer literacy (experience with inventory or ERP software preferred)
- Basic technical understanding of machinery, mechanical parts, or industrial equipment is an asset
- Valid forklift license and hands-on forklift experience (counterbalance, raymond reach)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
