Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 310T Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of our fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Our fleet consists of pickups, 5-ton trucks, triaxles, wheel loaders of various sizes, and specialised snow removal equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including pickups, 5-ton trucks, triaxles, and wheel loaders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.




- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule preventive maintenance and address urgent repair needs.
- Ability to work evening, overnight and weekend shifts, with flexibility to accommodate extended hours during peak winter seasons.

Qualifications:

- Valid 310T Certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy-duty vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
