BAK’D Cookies is more than a cookie shop. We’re building a neighbourhood cafe and third space where people feel comfortable, connected, and taken care of.

We’re looking for a Barista who cares about quality, moves with intention during busy service, and genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages to BAK’D standards
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume rushes
- Engage with customers in a warm, genuine, and effective way
- Support the front-of-house flow (taking orders, running drinks, restocking)
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth, positive service environment

What We’re Looking For

- Previous barista experience is preferred
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality




- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Clear communication and team-first mindset
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and takes initiative
- Availability for weekends and peak hours
