Our dynamic, fast-paced practice is growing, and we are looking for a highly punctual, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hygiene Coordinator & Admin Team Member. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional and supportive workplace.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hygiene schedules and optimize appointment flow
- Maintain accurate, organized patient records
- Provide warm, professional customer service to all patients
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations
- Work closely with our clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless office function
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office is required
- Proficiency in Dentrix software
- Familiarity Recall Max is preferred not required
- Highly punctual, proactive, and a dependable team player
