Shift Manager

Duties:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and train team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and kitchen area

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Experience in the food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent team management and communication skills




- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
