Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and versatile individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. Responsibilities:

- Loading and unloading heavy items. *Extremely Key*
- Assist in the receiving, sorting, and organizing of incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of received goods and report discrepancies.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labelling and documentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficient storage.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Report any quality issues or anomalies to supervisors.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct routine equipment checks.




- Work collaboratively with other Warehouse Associates to achieve daily operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workload and any challenges faced.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items. Need to be able to lift an average of 35kg consistently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy equipment safely (Training provided)
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and shipping/receiving procedures
