A Wellness Center Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wellness facility. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk activities, cleaning and maintenance of the facility, and performing various administrative tasks to support the overall wellness experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational skills and a friendly demeanor, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Hours may vary- 2 weekend evening shifts starting at 2:30pm, with more shifts possible in the future.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude at the front desk.
- Manage email and phone.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and wellness center facilities.
- Utilize Wix and Google Workspace for document management and communication purposes.
