ABOUT THE JOB

Note: Training will be conducted during the Monday to Friday, day shift, after the training period, it will transition to the Friday to Sunday schedule.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and set up the CNC lathe machine.
- Understand job specifications and desired outcomes by reviewing blueprints, mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Prepare and load raw materials into the machines.
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure optimal machine functionality

OUR OFFER

- Payrate: $20-$25/hour

- Friday to Sunday schedule (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Weekly pay every Thursday by direct deposit

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- Skills in operating CNC Lathe machinery
- Three or more years of experience using Mastercam. Knowledge of how to modify and program is required
- Experience using G and M Code commands.




- Training will happen only during the weekdays
- Experience using measurement tools and reading blueprints - mandatory
- Keen attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- First Aider certification is an asset
