Wagonmaster Group is growing and is looking for an experienced Regional B2B Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of outside Business Development Representatives throughout the Edmonton region.
This is a hands-on field leadership role, not a desk job.
You'll spend your time coaching sales representatives in the field, helping close new business, developing territory strategies and building long-term customer relationships.

Before You Apply
This role is best suited for candidates who have:
- 5+ years of outside Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience
- Experience directly managing and coaching quota-carrying outside sales representatives
- Experience conducting field coaching and ride-a longs
- A proven history of growing sales and developing successful salespeople
- Automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, chemical or related industry experience (strongly preferred)
This is not an operations, warehouse, logistics, transportation or retail management position. Applicants without outside sales leadership experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of outside Business Development Representatives
- Conduct regular field coaching and ride-alongs
- Help your team prospect, develop new business and close new accounts
- Build regional sales strategies to increase market share
- Develop strong relationships with dealership owners, service managers and key decision makers
- Assist with major sales presentations and customer meetings
- Train and develop current sales representatives
- Monitor CRM activity,
sales performance and key performance indicators
- Recruit, mentor and retain high-performing sales professionals
- Partner with operations to ensure exceptional customer support
- Prepare sales reports, expense reports and mileage submissions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Minimum 3 years managing quota-carrying outside sales representatives
- Demonstrated success coaching field sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
