Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas, including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces during night shifts
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Manage waste disposal efficiently by emptying bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




- Support additional duties such as stocking supplies or assisting with minor repairs to uphold facility standards

Requirements

- Proven experience as a cleaner or in facilities maintenance within a commercial environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or supplies
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional responsibilities as needed
