Responsibilities

- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting craftsmanship and functionality
- Assist customers with selecting the right knives and kitchen tools based on their cooking style and requirements
- Upsell complementary products such as sharpening tools, accessories, or gift sets to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that showcase products attractively and informatively
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering technical advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
