Summary

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our apartment buildings in Edmonton.

Responsibilities

- Cleaning and maintaining common spaces in the buildings
- Move-in/move-out cleanings for apartment units
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, glass, mirrors, etc.
- Cleaning inside and outside kitchen appliances
- Seasonal maintenance needs




- Other cleaning and maintenance duties as required by the Property Manager

Requirements

- Prior building cleaning / maintenance experience is required
- High attention to detail
- Able to follow direction
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate conversationally in English
- Team contributor and willingness to learn
