Otto Renovations Inc. is a busy Winnipeg renovation company specializing in residential and commercial projects
— mainly residential. We're hiring an experienced Lead Finishing Carpenter to run our bathroom, kitchen, and
basement renovations.
This is a leadership role for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in their finish work, keeps a jobsite running
smoothly, and represents us well with clients.
What you'll do
● Lead finishing work on bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations
● Run and manage crews across residential and commercial jobs
● Read and work from blueprints and plans
● Deliver high-quality work, on schedule
● Communicate professionally with clients on site
What we're looking for
● Proven finishing carpentry experience
● Able to lead and manage a crew (or multiple crews)
● Can read and interpret blueprints
● Own tools (required)
● Own reliable vehicle (required)
● Punctual, dependable, and professional with clients
