As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Soho Blinds, guiding customers through the selection process, taking accurate measurements, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design consultations with clients (either in-home or showroom, depending on a particular sale).
- Provide expert advice on style, color, and functionality to meet the client's needs.
- Take accurate window measurements to ensure a perfect custom fit.
- Prepare quotes and confidently close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of our manufacturing processes and product lines.
- Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- An eye for interior design or home improvement is a significant plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy meeting new people.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for in-home appointments).
