Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You must adhere to specific corporate design requirements and you will translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Translate requirements into simple, usable interfaces
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability findings
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products
- Follow corporate (and government) guidelines on design and accessibility

Requirements

- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Relevant experience in FinTech, ideally Wealth Management industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and outcomes
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of usability principles and interaction design
- Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Robust communication skills




- Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile environments

Pay range: $120,000-$140, 000
