Overview

The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level position that supports the Service Department while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls.
Schedule service appointments.
Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
Move customer vehicles safely around the dealership.
Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

Requirements





Direct customer service experience is required.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
