Bakers are responsible for preparing all food and beverages for the day. They will make an accurate amount of food for the day with minimal waste. They will work the POS system as well as handle cash in busy situations when the market staff needs assistance. They will lead the market team in tasks for the day and preparing all food and drinks.

Applicants must be over the age of 16. Must be trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and confident. Applicants must have strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills with their team members.

Bakers must ensure all food and beverage is prepared on time and up to quality standards. They must lead the market team in completing tasks in an efficient manner throughout the day.

As a BBQ Food Prep Lead, you'll help prepare and serve delicious BBQ meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety.



This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and being part of a supportive team.

We're looking for reliable, outgoing individuals who are at least 18 years old and enjoy working with others. Robust communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative are important for success in this role. Responsibilities include food preparation and service, assisting teammates during busy periods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping wherever needed to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Availability Requirements: Applicants must be available from 8am to 6pm throughout the week
