Cannabis Sales Associate

About us

We are a professional and agile cannabis retailer and our goal is to elevate the industry and we are currently seeking your help!

We are currently hiring full-time for our location at 420 Na'a Common SW in Calgary (By Winsport).

Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
- Educate customers on the various products, and consumption methods available
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and organized
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Keep the location clean and organized

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
