Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various concrete-related tasks, including form setting, finishing, and related construction activities. 2 main projects to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and experience or familiarity with concrete and general construction processes. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a dynamic environment focused on quality craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution of tasks
- Perform masonry work, including caulking, restoration, and flooring installation as needed
- Support carpentry tasks related to form building and structural adjustments
- Conduct welding or other specialized tasks when required for structural integrity
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work workplace
- Assist with demolition, renovation,



or other related construction activities as directed
- Lift heavy materials safely and assist in the transportation of supplies around the job site

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Knowledge of welding, caulking, flooring installation, and restoration processes is a plus
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics enhances task accuracy
- Experience in renovation projects or flooring installation is advantageous
