We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests,



and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professionalism
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for serving guests is essential
