Zagime Anishinabek is a progressive First Nations, located around 22KM Northeast of the Town of Grenfell in Saskatchewan.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Income Support Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing case files, providing excellent client service, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate leadership and organizational abilities. The Income Support Administrator will play a vital role in supporting clients through effective case management and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process income support applications and related documentation efficiently
- Conduct interviews with clients to assess eligibility and gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate records through data entry using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Provide clear communication and presentation of program information to clients and team members
- Supervise or assist with training new staff or interns as needed, fostering a collaborative work workplace
- Monitor case progress, ensure timely follow-up, and update client files accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and participate in ongoing professional development




- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

Requirements

- Post Secondary certificate in social work with a field minimum of 2 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience in case management, data entry, or administrative roles involving client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer operation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience or supervisory skills are preferred; capable of training or mentoring team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct interviews professionally and empathetically
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Previous experience in training & development is a plus; strong presentation skills are beneficial

This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community support programs while developing valuable professional skills.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
