Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic part time Cannabis Budtender to join our team for approximately 15-20hrs a week . As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise and passion for the cannabis industry will help create a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Educate customers on product usage, effects, and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
- Process customer orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications





- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Passion for the cannabis industry with a willingness to learn about new products and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude with robust interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships.
