Stallion Express is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join and oversee our Mississauga Retail Location!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11AM to 7PM (close), Sunday 12PM to 3PM.

Who are we looking for?
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Mississauga location. You will be our clients' primary point of contact when they come into the store to drop off their packages as well as to direct their inquiries to the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
This position will report directly to the Operations Manager of Stallion Express. This role will also work very closely with our customer service team and account executives.
- Ensure day-to-day operations adhere to all of Stallion's processes and protocols (some tasks include, but are not limited to, shipping and receiving, sorting, scanning, processing, organizing, loading/unloading, and providing customer service to walk-in clients).
- Coordinate with key team members to maintain smooth operations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Actively promote Stallion's culture and values within the team.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related warehouse and retail experience.
- Willing to accept full responsibility and accountability for branch operations.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Must be trustworthy and reliable (you'll be running the show!).
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Decisive, assertive, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be proactive and comfortable helping out in all aspects of the operations when necessary.
Hourly Rate: $19.00-$20.00
