Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hot Tub Water Technician to join our Beachcomber Hot Tubs Canmore & Cochrane team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness, water quality, and overall condition of hot tubs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have solid facilities maintenance skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with custodial and commercial cleaning tasks. This position offers an chance to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success.

Duties

- Perform water testing and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality in hot tubs
- Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of hot tubs using appropriate cleaning supplies and tools
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or maintenance tasks on equipment or facilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, including surrounding facilities and equipment
- Assist with the installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of hot tub components as needed
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled maintenance within designated timeframes
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding service procedures, findings, and recommendations
- Lift heavy equipment or supplies safely to support maintenance activities

Requirements





- Ability to work in the requested trading area when needed. (Canmore, Cochrane, and surrounding areas)
- Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic repair techniques
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards for recreational facilities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to manage time efficiently to meet scheduling demands
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or bending during tasks
- Good communication skills for documenting work performed and reporting issues accurately
- Prior experience with facility maintenance or similar roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided as needed
- Clean Class 5 Drivers License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Cellphone with Data plan to access company software

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
