Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with menu planning by providing input on grilling techniques and ingredient selection
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with grill-focused roles
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques specific to grilling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to nutritional guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
