Registered Nurse – Diabetes Management / Diabetes Educator

Stapleford Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time (37.5 hrs. weekly) Registered Nurse – Diabetes Management / Diabetes Educator to provide high-quality, patient-centred care through comprehensive education, clinical management, and ongoing monitoring for patients with prediabetes, Type 1, and Type 2 diabetes. This role focuses on empowering patients to effectively manage their condition through evidence-based education, lifestyle counselling, medication support, and continuous follow-up. The position requires robust clinical expertise in diabetes care, excellent communication and coaching skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships that support long-term behaviour change and improved health outcomes.





This position is part of a newly developed Innovation Fund between the Saskatchewan Government and medical clinics across Saskatchewan with the aim of improving patient access and quality care through team-based support, that will deliver better access to primary care in the province of Saskatchewan. This position is temporary until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of an extension.
