We’re in search of a highly organized Operations & Software Integration Manager to oversee logistics operations, procurement, inventory systems, internal applications, and cross-departmental workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems, and excels at connecting people, processes, and technology.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency across logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, software systems, and client services, all while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Lead and oversee a team of 20+ internal staff including logistics & operations personnel, fleet drivers, installation teams, and shop teams, while managing performance, accountability, and day-to-day execution
- Own relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external fleet partners to ensure seamless coordination and operational efficiency
- Direct and oversee global import/export compliance across Canada, the United States, and Europe, ensuring precision in customs documentation, Temporary Import Bonds, and regulatory adherence
- Identify purchasing requirements across project lifecycles, approve purchase orders, and manage supplier sourcing, quote analysis, and vendor selection to optimize cost, timing, and quality
- Design, implement, and train internal teams and clients on inventory and asset management platforms, ensuring real-time accuracy and cross-departmental visibility
- Architect, integrate, and optimize multiple software platforms and real-time API connections to ensure seamless communication between systems, eliminate data silos, and improve operational transparency across departments
- Maintain and optimize asset management systems, including inventory tracking, warehouse storage oversight, user permissions, and quarterly audits of client-owned assets
- Strategically design and refine warehouse layouts, bin systems, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and safety compliance




- Oversee woodshop and printshop procurement processes, ensuring alignment between production timelines and material availability
- Develop and continuously improve rental asset platforms and inventory systems to increase project forecasting accuracy and operational transparency
- Support internal and project-related repairs by conducting pricing analysis, sourcing solutions, and executing cost-effective remediation strategies
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for all commercial vehicles, including U.S. DOT requirements, CVOR documentation, renewals, and deadline tracking
- Act as a strategic partner to project and production teams by identifying operational risks, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing scalable solutions
- Review technical documentation, bills of materials, and production workflows to mitigate errors and improve execution quality
- Develop and deploy procedures, automation tools, and system integrations that reduce avoidable costs and improve cross-functional efficiency
- Foster strong, positive communication across all departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and operational excellence

You Might be a Great Fit if You Have:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or paired with a Software Engineering or Big Data Analysis college diploma
- Over 5 years’ of proven professional experience with the following,
- Warehouse operations, layout optimization, and inventory control (including but not limited to FIFO/LIFO methods, and material and product consumption/usage tracking)
- Import and export - Canada, United States and Europe, including Temporary Import Bonds
- Close working relationships with third-party logistic providers, freight forwarders and custom brokers
- Operating and managing real time API integrations of multiple software systems and platforms to optimize workflow and cross-departmental coordination,



including custom builds and cross-platform applications
- Over 3 years of experience with the following software and platforms, or equivalent:
- Google Appsheet, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, When I Work (or similar scheduling platform), Microsoft, MACOS, Linux, IOS and Android platforms
- Strong ability to lead, manage and coordinate large teams of 25+ employees including managers and coordinators
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient understanding of technical bill of materials and blueprints, such as SolidWorks drawings
- Expertise in building email and pushup notification automation systems
- A clear communicator in English - whether face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing
- Familiar with health & safety measures in the workplace
- Flexible with your schedule and open to varied working hours
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working 44 hours per week
- Validate Driver's License
- Able to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Candidate must be authorized to work in Canada
- Bonus: Current Forklift Operator certificate
- Bonus: Current Working at Heights certificate

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
