ARC Iberico Imports is looking for an energetic, bilingual International Sales Leader & Brand Strategist to join our team in Vancouver, BC.
In this role, you will lead our sales operations across Canada and Spain, serving as a mentor and commercial coach to two newly hired Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for building team momentum, negotiating key accounts, and shaping brand expansion for Antonio Romero Productos Españoles.
Key Duties:
- Onboard, train, and mentor new Sales Representatives in Canada and Spain.
- Prospect and close contracts with large distributors, supermarket chains, and high-end food service groups.
- Oversee quarterly sales targets and track CRM pipelines.
- Ensure all sales strategies protect the company's net margin goal.
- Travel up to 25% for trade shows, client visits, and team coaching in Canada and Europe.
Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience (Food & Beverage, Gourmet, Wine/Spirits,
or FMCG preferred).
- Strong track record in negotiation, contract closing, and key account management.
- Experience or strong capability in coaching and training junior sales staff.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and based in the Greater Vancouver Area.
