Red Swan Pizza is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate has solid leadership skills, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor employee duties.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain company standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
- Open and close the restaurant following company procedures.
- Manage cash handling,
POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Support cost control by minimizing food waste and monitoring labour costs.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
