- Station Setup: Measure and assemble ingredients (mis en place) for line cooks and chefs.
- Basic Cooking: Prepare simple dishes, sauces, salads, and soups.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all health department regulations.
- Inventory & Storage: Label, date, and properly store food items in coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
- Kitchen Support: Assist with restocking, cleaning, and putting away deliveries.
- Banquet Support: Assist with preparation of banquets, or other large scale events
