Job Summary
Quality Natural Foods Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP / AR Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and proper reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.

Duties

- Process vendor invoices and match with purchase orders and receiving documents
- Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and coding
- Prepare and process payments (EFT, cheques, wire transfers)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vendor records
- Assist with month-end closing and AP reporting
- Generate and issue customer invoices
- Apply customer payments (EFT, cheques, credit cards)
- Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
- Prepare AR aging reports
- Support credit control and collections process




- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support audits and internal reporting requirements
- Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Experience

- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in AP/AR or accounting support role
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
